I started Body Recode because I watched too many people I love give up on themselves after one bad week. Not because they lacked discipline, but because nobody was checking in. So I did.
Today the Body Recode family is a community of people across South Africa who refine, rebalance and renew together. I still read every check-in myself.

Every Recode Club check-in is read by Tash, not a bot. A real reply from someone who knows your story changes what you do next week.
Wins that aren't on the scale
Sleeping through the night. Walking up the stairs without stopping. Saying no to the third coffee. We count all of it.
Honest and safe
No miracle promises and nothing we wouldn't recommend to our own family. Where medical support is right for you, it comes from a registered doctor.
The story so far
From a group chat to a community
- Based in Benoni, Gauteng. Orders are packed here and delivered anywhere in South Africa.
- Built on WhatsApp. The community started as a group chat and still lives there: wins, recipes, questions and the odd bad day, shared with people who get it.
- Now in one place. The Body Recode app, memberships and the shop bring everything together, around the same promise as day one: we walk it together.
