Membership
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Memberships are month to month and you can cancel from the app in two taps. No calls, no forms. And if it's not for you, cancel within 7 days of first joining for a full refund.
Do I need to be on medication to join?
No. The Club is coaching and accountability: daily habits, a weekly check-in and people cheering you on.
How do the weekly check-ins work?
On the day you choose, the app asks a few quick questions. Tash reads every Recode Club check-in and replies within 3 working days.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your check-ins are only seen by you and Tash, stored securely, and you can download or delete your data any time (POPIA).
The app
Do I need to download an app from a store?
No. The Body Recode app runs in your phone's browser and you add it to your home screen in two taps. On Android it's also coming to Google Play. See the install guide for the steps.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Open the app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. You'll get reminders and check-in nudges just like on Android.
What do I track every day?
Water, protein, movement and sleep. It takes a few taps. Once a week, on the day you choose, you do a two-minute check-in that Tash reads.
The shop
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave within one working day and delivery is a flat R150 to your door, anywhere in South Africa, usually within 2 to 4 working days. You get a tracking link on WhatsApp and by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, and faulty items within 6 months. Message us first and we'll sort it.
Is the packaging discreet?
Always. Plain outer packaging with nothing on it but the address label.
Do members really get a discount?
Recode Club members get 10% off Body Recode's own products and VIP members get 15%, applied automatically when you're signed in. Partner ranges, like Slender Living, are sold at their own prices.
Privacy and safety
Who sees my check-ins and photos?
Only you and Tash. Progress photos are stored privately and never shown to other members. You can download or delete your data at any time, as POPIA gives you the right to.
Do you sell medicines or peptides?
No. Body Recode is coaching, community and accountability. We don't sell, supply or advise on prescription medicines. Where medical weight management is right for someone, it's handled by a registered doctor at a partner clinic.
How do I contact a real person?
WhatsApp 061 331 0225 or email tash@bodyrecode.co.za. You'll get a reply from Tash or the team, not a bot, usually within a working day.
