We deliver anywhere in South Africa. You can return unused items within 7 days, and faulty items within 6 months.

Orders are sent within 1 working days of payment. You'll get a WhatsApp and an email with your tracking link when your order ships. We can only deliver within South Africa. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Changing your mind (7-day cooling-off). You can return any item within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason, as allowed by section 44 of the ECT Act. Message us first, then send it back unused and in its original packaging. We refund the full price, including the original delivery fee, within 30 days of receiving it. You pay the cost of sending it back. Opened supplements can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they're faulty.
Faulty or wrong items. If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, message us within 6 months of delivery with a photo. You choose a repair, a replacement or a refund, as the Consumer Protection Act allows, and we pay the return delivery.
Gift cards. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date they're bought. They can be used for anything in the shop, and can't be exchanged for cash.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Payflex orders are refunded to Payflex, which adjusts your instalments.
