These terms apply whenever you use bodyrecode.co.za, the Body Recode app or the Body Recode WhatsApp number. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Body Recode. You must be 18 or older. Your account is for you alone, and you're responsible for what happens on it. Keep your phone and email secure, because sign-in codes are sent to them.
What we offer. Memberships with coaching, check-ins, challenges, guides and a member community, plus a shop for Body Recode products. Prices are shown in rand and include all fees except delivery, which is shown at checkout before you pay. Memberships are covered by the Membership terms, and orders by the Shipping, returns and refunds page.
Payments. All payments go through PayFast by card, instant EFT or Payflex. We never see or store your card details. Your full record of every payment and order is available in your profile.
Using the platform fairly. You agree not to:
- share your account or resell anything from it
- post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or anything that breaks the Community rules
- sell, promote or ask about medicines, injectables, peptides or prescription products
- copy, scrape or try to break into the site, app or other members' accounts
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we'll tell you why.
Our content. The guides, challenges, plans, photos, logo and design belong to Body Recode. You can use them for your own personal programme, but you can't copy, share or sell them.
Your content. You own what you post. By posting in the community, you let us show it to other members. Posts are never used in marketing without your separate permission.
Not medical advice. Body Recode offers coaching and accountability, not medical treatment. Please read the Health disclaimer.
Our responsibility. We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect losses or losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen.
Complaints. Contact tash@bodyrecode.co.za or WhatsApp 061 331 0225 and we'll respond within 5 working days. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud at cgso.org.za.
Changes. We'll tell you about any change that affects you before it applies. South African law governs these terms.
