Memberships are monthly, with no minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like.
Plans. The current plans, prices and what each includes are always shown on the Recode Club page. The plan you join is confirmed in your welcome email and in your profile.
Billing. You pay the first month when you join. After that, your card is charged automatically on the same date each month through PayFast, until you cancel. A receipt is emailed after every payment. Membership payments are by card only, because instant EFT and Payflex can't repeat monthly.
Founding offers and promo codes. An offer price applies only for the period stated with the offer. After that, the normal plan price applies, and we'll remind you before it does.
Changing plan. You can upgrade or downgrade in your profile. An upgrade starts straight away and the new price applies from your next billing date. A downgrade starts on your next billing date.
Pausing. You can pause for 1 month at a time from your profile: the next payment is skipped, you keep access to the end of the month you have paid for, and your progress is kept.
Cancelling. Cancel any time in your profile, or by messaging us. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-months.
Your first 7 days. If you cancel within 7 days of first joining, we'll refund your first payment in full, even though you started using your membership straight away.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll send you a link by WhatsApp and email to update your card. Your access continues for 7 days. If the payment still hasn't gone through after that, your account moves to the free Community plan until you pay. Your progress is kept.
Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email or WhatsApp before a price change affects you. If you don't want to continue at the new price, cancel before it applies.
Check-in replies. Recode Club check-ins are answered by Tash within 3 working days, and VIP check-ins within 2 working days. Replies are coaching, not medical advice.
