A few things we need you to agree to

I agree to the terms, membership terms and privacy policy.

Health data. Tash may keep what I share in check-ins (weight, measurements, sleep, how I feel) to coach me. I can withdraw this in the app at any time. Needed for a paid plan.

WhatsApp messages. Send me membership and order updates on WhatsApp (sign-in codes, check-in reminders, receipts). Never marketing.

Email news. The occasional email with tips, challenges and specials. Unsubscribe any time.

Card payments are handled by PayFast; we never see your card number. Month to month, cancel in the app, and within 7 days of joining you get your first payment back.
