How to use it

Press the pump firmly and apply 8 pumps (4 ml) evenly to the area. Adjust for the area you're covering.

Use twice a day, 45 minutes before exercise.

Apply to clean, shaved, exfoliated skin.
Good to know
Not safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed 16 pumps a day. Skin may go red and warm; this passes. Wash your hands before and after. Do not apply to the neck or face.
